The U.S. has released its annual human rights report and it has left out homosexual/trans issues. This makes sense since those issues are not recognized as established human rights. Iulia-Elena Cazan reports that the LGBTs are upset.
The UN is deep into internal reforms as a response to the U.S. pullback from UN initiatives. The EU looks upon this as an opportunity to flex its muscles. The EU sees itself as a global power balance to the US under Trump. Stefano Gennarini, J.D. reports.
