Nevada is facing a health care crisis — and I’m stepping up to fix it.

From battling our state’s severe doctor shortage to preventing youth substance abuse, I’m working across the aisle to deliver solutions that matter to Nevada families.

That’s why I introduced and passed the bipartisan TREAT Youth Act — which provides critical grants to improve prevention, treatment, and recovery services for young people struggling with substance use disorder, including opioid addiction. This bill is about protecting our kids and giving them the support they need to lead healthy, successful lives.

I also introduced the bipartisan Telehealth Expansion Act to make permanent key telehealth flexibilities first used during the pandemic — so Nevadans in every county, from our rural towns to urban centers, can access the care they need without unnecessary barriers. 

These bipartisan wins didn’t happen by accident — they happened because I’ve fought every day in Congress to bring people together and deliver results for Nevada families. I know how much work it takes to make real progress, and in a district as competitive as ours, I can’t take anything for granted. Keeping this seat means keeping a fighter in Washington who will always put Nevada first.

My margin of victory in 2024 was just 2.74% — the slimmest ever. NV-03 backed Trump while re-electing me, making my seat one of the GOP’s top targets this cycle. If they flip this district, they’ll have the power to undo the very progress we’ve made together.
