I know so many of us are laser-focused on winning the midterm elections in 2026. We want to flip the House, make gains in the Senate, and do whatever we can to push back on the triple GOP majority.
I’m here to tell you that winning in 2026 starts with winning in 2025.
Here in Virginia, we’ve got elections just 12 weeks away. Early voting in VA starts next month. And elections aren’t won or lost on Election Day alone, but in the weeks and months before when campaigns are out there talking to voters and getting their messages out.
That’s why I’m doing everything I can to win big in Virginia this year. If we can flip our Commonwealth blue in all three statewide offices and defend our majority in the House of Delegates, not only will we be doing massive good for the people of VA, we’ll also be setting the tone and creating momentum for Democratic victories next year.
Do you remember the Virginia elections in 2017? Trump had taken office earlier that year. A lot of people were scared, hopeless, and frustrated. But come November 2017, Virginia Democrats swept all three statewide elections and gained 15 seats in the House of Delegates. The feeling was electric — our party had momentum and energy! And then in the 2018 midterms, we saw a massive blue wave in Virginia and all across the country — and we flipped the House.
This year, we can do that all again.
But it won’t happen by accident — it’ll take hard work and real resources, which is why I’m asking:
