John, the damage done by the Trump administration to our fight against gun violence is staggering — and we're only halfway through 2025.

The dangers to our safety are already clear, and we have no time to lose. Brady is continuing our steadfast work to fight gun violence and prevent mass shootings, but we urgently need your help to shape our 2025-2026 strategy. I’m counting on dedicated activists like you to lend your voice today.

In just a little more than six months, the Trump Administration has:

Eliminated the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention.
Slashed the ATF's funding and erased its memorial to victims of mass shootings.
Rolled back life-saving protections passed just a few years ago under the Biden-Harris administration.

Meanwhile, shootings in our schools, shopping centers, places of worship, and communities continue to take lives. The gun lobby is more emboldened than ever. And too many families have been left to pick up the pieces by themselves.

There have already been more than 250 mass shootings in 2025, outpacing Trump's previous presidency. If this administration continues its reckless dismantling of gun safety, the state of our country will only worsen.

Brady is actively fighting back to protect gun laws and fight the gun lobby in court. But in order to ensure a safer America, we urgently need to hear from you. We're running a 2025 Priorities Survey to help shape our strategy through the second half of the year and into 2026 — and we need at least 500 responses from your state.
