In just a little more than six months, the Trump Administration has:
* Eliminated the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention.
* Slashed the ATF's funding and erased its memorial to victims of mass shootings.
* Rolled back life-saving protections passed just a few years ago under the Biden-Harris administration.
Meanwhile, shootings in our schools, shopping centers, places of worship, and communities continue to take lives. The gun lobby is more emboldened than ever. And too many families have been left to pick up the pieces by themselves.
There have already been more than 250 mass shootings in 2025, outpacing Trump's previous presidency. If this administration continues its reckless dismantling of gun safety, the state of our country will only worsen.
Brady is actively fighting back to protect gun laws and fight the gun lobby in court. But in order to ensure a safer America, we urgently need to hear from you. We're running a 2025 Priorities Survey to help shape our strategy through the second half of the year and into 2026 — and we need at least 500 responses from DC.
