Want to know what he yelled repeatedly as cops protecting the Capitol were attacked? “Kill ‘em.” Today? This guy is a senior advisor for the Department of Justice. John, insurrectionists should be nowhere near the DOJ. This administration is rotten to the core. Patriotic Americans like those here in Western PA have nothing but disdain for cop beaters and killers and want to defend our democracy—and we’ll never let Trump and these extremists live this betrayal down.
Again and again, Donald Trump has celebrated the January 6th insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol and beat up cops in his name. He even made it his top priority to pardon these cop beaters and rioters on his first day in office. Now, he’s got one of them working in the Justice Department. Instead of condemning the violence of one of their employees, the Trump administration called Wise a “valued member of the Justice Department.” Pathetic. I’ve spent much of my life serving this country—first in the Navy, and now in Congress. So I won’t sit by while Trump and his administration undermine our democracy and threaten our freedoms.
