Summer is flying by, and so is our progress on the campaign trail. I’ve been in the district with Nikki as she works tirelessly to deliver results for Central and Southern Illinois.

The stories from IL-13 have been tough. Folks are scared about how the chaos in Washington will affect them – from their health care, to putting food on the table, and rising costs keeping the American Dream out of reach.

Even while the House is in recess, Nikki is keeping up the pressure on the Trump Administration. It’s part of what makes our upcoming midquarter benchmark so important to building the re-election campaign we need to win.

Republicans realize that their extreme majority is hanging by a thread. It’s why Nikki has already faced GOP attacks in this race: IL-13 is a must-win to flip the House majority and push back against the MAGA agenda.

I just crunched the numbers, and I need 13 supporters from 19125 to chip in today to keep us on track. A summer fundraising slowdown is not an option in a race this important for working families.
