FIRST, MAGA Republicans like Marjorie Taylor Greene spent MONTHS attacking vital news organizations PBS and NPR – and Donald Trump took direct aim at them by signing an Executive Order to defund them.

THEN, Congressional Republicans immediately got to work, voting to claw back essential public broadcasting services of more than HALF A BILLION DOLLARS a year in previously approved federal funding.

NOW, It’s official. Donald Trump finally got what he wanted: the Corporation for Public Broadcasting – the largest single source of funding for public radio and television stations – is officially shutting their operations down, and local stations across the country will suffer.

|
NPR and PBS aren’t giving up – they are SUING the Trump administration over these attacks! But we at the DGA need to know who else is in this fight, John.
