Dear John, This year, we're going virtual. At AFJ, we pride ourselves on adapting to the moment, and with the continuing health crisis, we knew we couldn't safely come together in person like we have for the past forty years. AFJ's events are beloved in the progressive community because they recognize the work we are all doing to fight for a more just and equitable society. We're so sorry we won't be able to be together in person, but we still want to gather, virtually, on September 30 to hear from leaders in the progressive movement and celebrate our accomplishments. While we're socially distant, we must stay connected. We hope you and your friends will join us, even if our event feels a bit different this year. We look forward to seeing you, virtually, on Wednesday, September 30 at 6pm ET. The event will highlight some of the strongest voices of opposition to this administration, including Senator Sherrod Brown. Check back regularly for updates on additional speakers. If you'd like to discuss the event or your support further, please contact Alisha Dingus at [email protected]. Warm regards, Nan Nan Aron AFJ President | |
