U.S. climate protections are under attack. The endangerment finding, the science-backed legal foundation that allows EPA to limit harmful greenhouse gases, is at risk of repeal — threatening the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the environment we share.

Without it, car makers, power plants, factories, and Big Ag will be free to pump unchecked pollution into the air and burn more fuel, undermining the ability to limit emissions from transportation, energy, agriculture, manufacturing, and other polluting industries.

* Put communities at greater risk of floods, fires, and deadly storms.
