Since the end of the 2025 Legislative Session in June, the Minnesota Department of Revenue has been working to update the state tax filing systems for taxpayer use, including updates to Minnesota tax forms. These updates include impacts from the 2025 Federal Tax and Budget Reconciliation Bill.

Near final 2025 Minnesota income and business tax forms are now available on our website. 

The draft forms and instructions are for software vendor use only, to recreate substitute electronic forms.
