Tell us what you think about our leisure centres

Dear Member,

Thank you for being a subscriber, user or member of Active Nottingham and supporting your local community leisure centres. We hope you are enjoying the health and wellbeing benefits of being regularly active. 

This year we are working with Sport England to help them understand exercise habits and people’s experiences of leisure centres across the UK.  

As a valued Active Nottingham customer, we’d like to invite you to share your thoughts about the experiences and facilities available in a 5-minute survey (links to each leisure centre can be found at the bottom of this email - please feel free to provide your feedback on the centres you use on a regular basis).  

The survey links will remain open for submissions until 23:59 on *Tuesday 2nd September 2025.*

Your input will help Sport England understand how people are using their local leisure centres and how national facilities and services can improve.    

This Sport England survey is completely confidential and all data is collected and processed in compliance with all data protection laws and the Market Research Society Professional Code of Conduct.  Responding to these questions is entirely voluntary and the answers that you provide will be presented in aggregate form and will not be linked back to you in any way. In accordance with GDPR, please be reassured that your personal details and individual answers will remain confidential and will not be passed to any other organisation.  

Some of the questions in the survey/s will ask for your ethnicity and health data. This sensitive information about you is considered special category data. The lawful basis for collecting any special category data is your explicit consent to do so. Special category data is personal data that needs more protection because it is sensitive.
