[ NRDC ]NRDC Action Fund

Dear NRDC Action Fund Activist,

Control of the U.S. Senate is up for grabs in this year's elections, and
it's also crucial to maintain the pro-environment House majority.

We need to send a new class of environmental champions to Washington and
protect current environmental champions in Congress facing tough battles
ahead.

The NRDC Action Fund has endorsed Joe Biden for president, and we'll fight
with everything we've got to make sure he beats Donald Trump on Election
Day. But that's not enough: we also need to elect a Congress that's ready
to undo the damage that Trump's destructive policies have done to our
environment, our health, and our communities — and we need your help.

Here's some of the races, for the Senate and the House of Representatives,
that we'll be focusing on between now and Election Day. Please review this
list, and then [ [link removed] ]consider donating to our campaign and help us mobilize
the pro-environment voters who will decide the outcome of their elections.

[ [link removed] ]Every dollar you give before midnight on June 30th will be DOUBLED, up
to $150,000 — going twice as far to support ads, mobilize grassroots
activists, and get voters to the polls in these and other key races.

Sen. Peters is leading efforts to increase Michigan's renewable
technology, but faces a strong anti-environment challenger in a
vital swing state.
[ [link removed] ]Senator Doug Jones (D-AL) Senate [ [link removed] ][IMG]
Sen. Jones is a key pro-environment voice who strongly supports
Alabama's clean energy economy
[ [link removed] ]Cory Booker (D-NJ) Senate [ [link removed] ][IMG]
Sen. Booker is a leading environmental justice champion in the
Senate and has advocated aggressively for more clean energy
infrastructure.
[ [link removed] ]Theresa Greenfield (D-IA) Senate [ [link removed] ][IMG]
Ms. Greenfield is running to unseat a climate change-denying
opponent who votes with President Trump over 90% of the time.
[ [link removed] ]Ben Ray Lujan (D-NM) Senate [ [link removed] ][IMG]
Rep. Lujan is running for New Mexico's open Senate seat and is a
strong clean energy advocate and protector of public lands and
natural treasures.
[ [link removed] ]Cal Cunningham (D-NC) Senate [ [link removed] ][IMG]
Mr. Cunningham, running to replace Trump ally Thom Tillis, has
championed clean air and protecting drinking water and water
ways from industrial hog farm pollution.
[ [link removed] ]Lauren Underwood (D-IL) House of Representatives [ [link removed] ][IMG]
Rep. Underwood served as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department
of Health and Human Services, helping prevent and prepare for
public health emergencies, and has cited clean water and climate
change as top concerns in her district.

We're planning to pull out all the stops to help these environmental
champions, and others, win in November — from supporting hard hitting ads,
to organizing grassroots activists on the ground, and to launching our
biggest Get Out The Vote campaign yet.

But big campaigns like this take big resources, so it's crucial that we
build a war chest that can sustain us from now until Election Day.

Not just that — your support today will also be supporting our vital work
every day to block President Trump and his allies' backwards,
anti-environment agenda — on and off Capitol Hill.

[ [link removed] ]So please don't wait: donate to the NRDC Action Fund today, and DOUBLE
your impact on these key races and the fight to stop President Trump's
anti-environment agenda, once and for all.

Remember, all gifts made before midnight on June 30th will be matched, up
to $150,000.

Thanks for standing with us.

Sincerely,

[1]Kevin
