Today marks the fourth anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's historic decision in our case, Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt, which struck down a Texas law designed to shut down most of the state's abortion clinics.
This year, we celebrate the anniversary of this momentous ruling as we await another decision from the Supreme Court in our case challenging a harmful Louisiana law—a law that is identical to the one deemed unconstitutional by the Court just four years ago.
