August is a brutal month for Democratic fundraising, and this year is no exception. So we’ll be honest with you: We’re behind.
In July, we fell short of our fundraising targets. We can’t afford to repeat that trend this month — not while Donald Trump and GOP super PACs rake in hundreds of millions of dollars to defeat Democrats in key battleground states.
