Friend,



I don’t wait around for the cameras or big headlines—that’s not where the
people are. Since March, I have been traveling all across our state, meeting
Tennesseans on their turf and their time.



I believe leadership starts by listening—and that means meeting people where
they are, on their schedule, and in their communities.

Whether it’s a kitchen table in Cookeville, a tailgate in Knoxville, or even a
horse stable in Shelbyville, there is no place I won’t go to hear from you.

As Governor, I’ll lead the same way as I always have: face-to-face,
person-to-person, Tennessean-to-Tennessean.
