We had to reach out, because students across the nation are about to head back to school for the new year.

But Trump has already ELIMINATED $1 BILLION in grants that funded:

→ Gun violence prevention programs in schools
→ Mental health support for students
→ Gun safety education programs in schools
→ And other gun safety initiatives for US students

Because we invested so much in gun safety, school shootings REDUCED from 330 in 2023-24 to 254 school shootings in the last US school year.

So we know that Trump’s cuts will do immeasurable harm.

We can’t afford for there to be even a single school shooting this year.

Our students deserve better. Our teachers deserve better. We ALL deserve better.

But if Trump and his gun-lobby-backed cronies aren’t stopped, we’ll have no chance to keep school shootings from tearing our communities apart. At every turn, they’ve torn down gun safety regulations, defunded gun violence prevention programs, and unleashed more firearms into the streets.
