The Intercollegiate Studies Institute is seeking a full-time Director of Programs to oversee and expand our national efforts to identify, educate, and launch the next generation of American leaders. This senior leadership role reports directly to the President and CEO and is based at our historic F.M. Kirby Campus in Wilmington, Delaware.

The Director of Programs will lead a talented team in planning and executing more than 200 educational events annually, while also building strategic connections to grow ISI’s faculty initiatives. From intimate campus seminars to our flagship Honors Program, you’ll shape experiences that connect undergraduates, graduate students, and professors to the rich traditions of liberty and Western civilization.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with 8+ years of experience as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Subject mastery in conservative thought and the Great Books of the Western canon is required.
