Fight back against Trump's war on immigrants.

Take Action Now <[link removed]>

Friend –

President Trump's war on immigrants has already taken a deep toll on families across the commonwealth. Since the president took office in January, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested thousands of immigrants in Pennsylvania. With the passage of the president's spending bill that includes a 300% increase to ICE's annual budget, we must do everything we can to protect our family, friends, and neighbors in the coming months and years.

That's why we're asking Governor Josh Shapiro to stop voluntarily collaborating with ICE and to use all the administrative tools at his disposal to protect Pennsylvania's immigrant communities.

The governor has the power to prohibit state police from collaborating with ICE and state prisons from sharing data with ICE. The governor can also end ICE access to state databases without a judicial warrant. Finally, the governor can ensure that public benefits information is not shared with ICE except where mandated by law.

Thousands of families across the state have already dealt with the heartbreak and chaos that comes with an ICE arrest. We can't afford to wait when it comes to limiting ICE access in the commonwealth.

Contact Governor Shapiro today and tell him: No ICE in Pennsylvania! <[link removed]>
