[link removed] Dear Friend,

When I started Project Veritas fifteen years ago, I had a camera and a few recording devices, combined with my passion for bringing Truth to the light.

In the early years, I would max out my credit cards to pursue a story, hoping everything would work out. And it did . . . until I was fired and then sued by the organization I founded.

I countersued, and thanks to so many Americans I was able to fund absolutely mind-blowing depositions of Project Veritas board members.

I recently ran a poll on my X account and asked followers: “Hypothetically speaking, should I settle the case OR launch discovery into every board member and take the case to trial.”

The result validated my sense of justice: 94% of over 40,000 Americans firmly stated, "Litigate to jury verdict."

In my career, I pursue and expose those who do wrong. It's my main passion, and it has never faded despite all that I've been through, from arrest to an FBI raid on my home.

I’ve never slowed down if it was within my means to keep going.

Now, the ONLY thing that lingers over my head as I pursue justice and expose the true story of what went on with my firing by my own board at Project Veritas is the overwhelming cost of litigation.

Will you help me keep going to pursue justice? ([link removed])

The depositions are nearly complete, and what was said in the transcripts of board members shocked me.

Now, the task is to continue with discovery, unwinding the web of documents, text messages, and emails. This is a massive task, and the cost is unknown and dependent upon what is turned over or whether we have to fight in court with motions to compel to ensure they comply in full.

To continue, I must raise $32,600 by next week to cover the attorney's fees. Will you chip in to help? ([link removed])

When Project Veritas sued me, they wanted to stop me from doing the work I've done my entire adult life. I had no idea what else I could do, but I kept working, and the results have been clear.

I won’t stop. I don’t believe that I can stop doing what I love.

But I sincerely need your help to take this case to trial and obtain justice. ([link removed])

If you can, please donate any amount today to help me fund the growing attorney's fees and move to the next phase. ([link removed])

Thank you so much for your time, generosity, and continued loyalty.

In Truth,
