When I ran for Congress the first time, I knew the odds were against me.

Before me, no woman had ever represented the Lehigh Valley, and I ran for Congress in a race that everyone said I couldn’t win. But despite the odds, I couldn’t stand on the sidelines and watch people in my community struggle to afford healthcare or find good jobs.

Once again, the odds are stacked against me.

My opponent, Lisa Scheller, has millions of dollars in personal wealth she can pour into this race. She’s backed by Donald Trump, Kevin McCarthy, and a whole list of Washington Republicans. And National Republican groups have committed to spend tens of millions of dollars to flip the House.

Team, I’m not going to let them stop me.

In 2018, we won because supporters just like you stepped up and helped us build a grassroots movement. And with your support, I know we can do it again.
