John, as you may have seen, I celebrated my birthday last week. For a couple of hours, Adam, the girls, and I huddled around a table playing a board game.

Ticket to Ride. I was the red train. I completed all my routes, but still came in third!

I loved the gift from my daughters — though I know they were teasing me a bit as I have been known to sometimes pick the marshmallows out of Lucky Charms.

It is a privilege to run for Governor with my family by my side — and each of you. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

Virginia has given me so much. It's where I grew up. It's where I went to school. It's where I'm raising my family. It's where my strongest values took root, including my deep devotion to our country.

I'm ready to get to work moving our Commonwealth forward, but first, we have to win.

And with the President of the United States planning to endorse my opponent, your support just became even more critical.
