Barack Obama is standing up for Dr. Fauci.
In a recent virtual campaign appearance, the 44th president defended our top infectious disease expert, saying it must be a tough break for Dr. Fauci, “to testify and then see his advice clouded by the person he's working for.”
Clouded indeed.
The comments from Obama came on the same day that Dr. Fauci contradicted Donald Trump’s comments on testing --with Dr. Fauci testifying before Congress that the reality is “the opposite” of what Donald Trump has said and that “We're going to be doing more testing, not less.”
