John -

Roy's opponent continues to push dangerous and baseless attacks on Roy for listening to the science, potentially endangering the lives of thousands across North Carolina.

It is wildly irresponsible that the extreme-right is politicizing mask-wearing - something scientifically proven to save lives shouldn't be up for political debate.

All this shows is that we need responsible leadership like Roy's more than ever before.

Roy's extreme-right opponent is backed by a network of out-of-state dark money, and we can expect them to prop up this dangerous anti-scientific rhetoric with massive amounts of spending.

That's why we need to hit our $250,000 quarterly fundraising goal on Tuesday, or we risk being outspent by the extreme-right.

If you're able, could you pitch in $10 to help Roy fight back against these attacks?

Cooper Campaign HQ

We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight.
