John,

On a far-right podcast, Trump’s former EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin kicked off a dangerous disinformation campaign — teasing a plan to repeal the 2009 endangerment finding , which simply says greenhouse gases harm public health.

This was a foundational decision by the Obama Administration that underpins the EPA’s ability to regulate greenhouse gas pollution.

Add your name now to tell Trump and Zeldin: We won’t stand for this climate denial! [[link removed]]

ADD YOUR NAME » [[link removed]]Zeldin didn’t just mislead the American people, he straight up lied about the endangerment finding. Here’s the truth:

* Lie: “They didn’t study carbon dioxide individually.”
Fact: The EPA followed longstanding precedent by evaluating six greenhouse gases together — a scientifically sound and legal approach.
*
* Lie: “They didn’t allow public comment.”
Fact: There was a full 60-day comment period in 2009, with responses published. Zeldin is trying to rewrite history.
*
* Lie: “They ignored economic impacts.”
Fact: The finding is a scientific judgment, not a regulation. But the EPA still considered economic factors and found climate damage far outweighed any short-term costs.
*
* Lie: “The science has been debunked.”
Fact: The 2009 science is now seen as conservative. Newer studies show even stronger links between greenhouse gases and deadly climate effects.

Zeldin wants to gut 16 years of climate protections all to serve Trump and his fossil fuel allies. He even called his plan “a dagger into the heart of the climate change religion.”

It’s not a religion. It’s science. And it’s our future. Sign the petition now to stand against Trump and Zeldin’s dangerous anti-environment agenda! [[link removed]]
