We’ve just passed the first week of August, and I have to share something with you.

Our fundraising has dropped off…significantly.

Now, it’s not unusual for things to dip in the summer. But with everything that’s at stake right now — from Trump’s attacks on our democracy to the MAGA machine gearing up to flip my seat — a slowdown like this isn’t just worrisome. It’s dangerous.

We can’t afford to lose momentum. Not now.

Trump and his MAGA allies are already targeting this race. We know they’ll spend millions to try and defeat me — and they’re already attacking me from all sides. They want this seat because they know it’s competitive and could decide control of the House.

So we can’t afford a slowdown right now. Which is why I am asking:

Can you contribute $3 or whatever you can afford to my campaign and help us pick up the pace? We cannot lose any momentum while Trump is trying to rig our democracy in his favor.
