When the mayor of Louisville, Kentucky shut down a drive-in Easter service as a way to “combat” the COVID-19 pandemic, Judge Walker STRUCK DOWN the ban, arguing that the mayor’s order was “dystopian” and in clear violation of the First Amendment.
