are off.

Powered by People just filed a lawsuit against Ken Paxton. He’s abusing
his power to score some political points, but let me tell you right now:
We are not going to be intimidated.

This is our moment to fight for our democracy as hard as we possibly can.
We’re going to take this fight to Paxton, Abbott, and Trump with
everything we have.

And these thugs are panicking right now.

We aren’t going to pull any punches, but I can tell you right now that
this is going to be expensive.

Folks from across the country have generously donated to help us support
the brave lawmakers who broke quorum. We will need to raise extra funds to
help pay for legal expenses due to their frivolous lawsuit.
