Yesterday, the Trump Administration officially filed briefs asking the Supreme Court to eliminate the Affordable Care Act in its entirety -- during a global pandemic.

It's unconscionable.

More than 20 million Americans depend on the ACA for health care -- and that was before the current health crisis. As millions of Americans have lost their jobs due to the economic fallout from this crisis, even more Americans are at risk of losing coverage if the GOP's lawsuit succeeds.

Every time Washington Republicans attack health care, I fight back to protect it. That's why they want me gone come November. If you can, chip in before the FEC deadline so I can continue my fight in Congress.

While millions of Americans are at risk of losing health care due to the GOP lawsuit, multi-millionaires and corporations will get rich off of it. Americans who make more than $3 million a year would rake in $200,000 in tax cuts every year as a result of the lawsuit. The massive tax cuts would also disproportionately impact people of color by the loss of health care.

I'm fighting to protect access to health care, expand it, and make it more affordable.

I'm counting on supporters like you before the FEC end-of-quarter deadline in order to keep fighting for Marylanders' health care in Congress. If you are able, please chip in before the deadline on Tuesday.

Your friend,

Dutch
