Email from Paula Jean for West Virginia

John,

Did you know the United States ranks dead last in labor rights among wealthy nations, according to a study released this month by the International Trade Union Confederation?

West Virginia doesn’t fare well either, ranking 30th in the country for overall labor policy and 40th in the right to organize, according to a 2019 report by OxFam.

The people of West Virginia deserve so much better.

When I am West Virginia’s next U.S. Senator, I promise to strengthen workers’ rights and defend hardworking people all across our country. Big Business has had a free ride long enough, it’s time to put workers FIRST.

Will you chip in $5 right now and help me win this seat?

We need stronger unions, not weaker ones. We need to abolish Right to Work laws and create policies that uplift essential workers and ALL workers, during this pandemic and afterwards.

Working people are the backbone of our nation. Let’s build a government that protects workers' rights. I will settle for nothing less.

Can you pitch in right now and keep this campaign on track for June?

We have a long road ahead to November, John, and I’m going to need you with me every step of the way if we’re going to win this.

Let's do this!
