I don’t want to take up too much of your time, but I want to bring you up to speed on some very important developments at Judicial Watch!

First….

We scored HUGE wins last week, when federal courts in California and Illinois both gave the green light to allowing our all-important lawsuits to force those states to clean up their dirty voter rolls to proceed!

The voter rolls in California and Illinois are a mess. 

In fact, there are potentially millions of ineligible names to remove from them… and now we have the green light to use the legal system and the courts to force two of the biggest blue states to use the legal system and the courts to remove millions of opportunities for voter fraud!

Second….

We recently filed our opening brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in advance of our critically important appearance before the High Court next term in our challenge to Illinois’ reckless law that “extends” Election Day for 14 days beyond the date established by federal law.

You see, Judicial Watch doesn’t just fight for clean voter rolls…we are also in court fighting all the Left’s efforts to open the door to ineligible ballots being cast, and counted!

We are using the legal system and the courts to fight on other fronts as well…

…like scoring a courtroom win in Pennsylvania against a county government that unlawfully suppressed public records concerning COVID-19 school policies….

…and filing a lawsuit against the stonewalling Department of Justice for documents the American people have a right to see regarding the man who attempted to assassinate President Trump, and who killed an innocent bystander, in Pennsylvania last summer.

Every day, we are fighting for the rule of law and for the American people’s right to know.
