Headline: Massachusetts celebrates nearly 100,000 new housing units one year after Affordable Homes Act

One year ago this week, I signed the Affordable Homes Act — the largest investment in housing in Massachusetts history. And I’m very proud to announce that more than 90,000 new homes are already in the pipeline since we took office. That means lower prices for seniors, workers, veterans, families, and more.

We also launched our brand new housing thermometer to track our progress on delivering more homes for Massachusetts.
