It’s true: In less than 90 days, we have a chance to flip Virginia’s AG seat from red to blue. 

Republican AG Jason Miyares is running for reelection, and we’re going all-out to defeat him. Here’s why:

• He’s a far-right MAGA extremist.
• He has a long anti-abortion record, including endorsing Gov. Youngkin’s failed abortion ban.
• He brought baseless corruption charges against an election worker – following in Trump’s footsteps –  to further his own political agenda.

On the other hand, we have Jay Jones, the Democratic nominee for Virginia AG. Jay is an accomplished litigator and former Assistant Attorney General who has spent his career as a public servant dedicated to protecting families and consumers. As a Virginia House of Delegates member, he worked to protect abortion and reproductive rights, expand Medicaid, and give teachers annual pay raises.

This race will be a bellwether for the 2026 midterms, so we need to show the strength of our team. Will you pitch in today to elect Democratic AGs in states like Virginia?
