We recently asked folks what matters most to them in a recent survey — and we heard from thousands of people who wrote in to share their priorities and their hopes for the future.

One issue came up again and again: protecting our democracy.

One person wrote: “Making the Attorney General and the justice system accountable.”

Another said: “Congress needs to do its part in maintaining the checks and balances built into the Constitution — in particular, limiting the damage to our democracy and government being done by the current president.”

These concerns are at the heart of Adam’s work and career. 

He’s spent years defending our democratic institutions, and in the Senate, he’s continuing the fight to ensure accountability, protect the rule of law, and strengthen the foundations of our democracy.
