Free Live Meditation Event

with Andrew Cohen

Dear Friend,

A reminder that tomorrow (27th June) Andrew Cohen will lead a special live group meditation at our new online venue, Manifest Nirvana.

It's easy and free to join this event, and if you haven't experienced Zoom meditation yet, we really encourage you to try it! You will be amazed by how powerful and deep these sessions can be.

Andrew will begin with a few minutes of introduction, followed by around an hour of sitting in silence.

You need to be signed up and logged in – it's completely free to sign our Visitor Book [[link removed]] and become a Guest member. If you need to know exactly how to access Manifest Nirvana meditations, we have a help page [[link removed]] with step-by-step instructions.

The Meditation Hall will open 15 minutes before we start. Once logged in, you can enter via the welcome page or any of the member homepages. It's a good idea to find a quiet, comfortable space in your home where you're unlikely to be disturbed.

The local start times are:

6am PDT • 7am MDT • 9am EDT • 2pm UK • 3pm CEST • 6.30pm IST

Meditation at Manifest Nirvana

My first Nirvana meditation was amazing. Never felt deep presence and emptiness like this before. I thank you and Andrew with all my heart to have opened my eyes to such possibilities.
