California’s 40th District is one of the few Republican-held seats that could be massively impacted – and its GOP incumbent Young Kim is running scared.

Kim is the last remaining Republican representing Orange County in Congress. If CA-40 becomes even marginally more Democratic, this could be our best shot in years to send her packing.
