In Ohio, backpacks were handed out at libraries and shelter sites. In Indiana, families stopped by local gyms for school supplies. At Texas community centers, kids left with packed backpacks. And in Michigan? We're gearing up for a special event at the zoo—because Operation Backpack® is meeting families where they are, with supplies, encouragement and care packed into every bag.
