Donald Trump and Kristi Noem slashed FEMA staffing and gutted critical disaster relief programs — and lives were lost.

Chuck Schumer
AXIOS: “Democrats invoke rare Senate rule to force release of Epstein documents”

Friend,

As a candidate, Donald Trump said he would release the Epstein files if elected. Now that he’s back in office, he has refused to do so.

Trump is trying to shut down the Epstein case, calling it a “hoax.” Speaker Mike Johnson even adjourned the House early to block a vote on releasing the files. And now, disturbing reports suggest Trump is considering pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell — Epstein’s longtime accomplice.

We need transparency and accountability. That’s why Chuck and Senate Democrats are taking action to uncover the truth about the Epstein files.

Last week, Chuck led the charge to invoke a Senate rule to compel the Department of Justice to release the full, unredacted Epstein files by August 15. Under federal law, when any five members of the Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee request investigative documents, the DOJ must comply.

This is not a stunt – it’s a formal exercise of congressional power. Will you join us in demanding transparency and accountability?

If you agree it’s time to get answers, sign our petition to demand the Department of Justice release the Epstein files.

Thanks

Team Schumer
