Can you believe this? Republican lawmakers are literally running away from the House, ducking accountability, and avoiding in-person town halls (what we’re supposed to do during in-district working time).
And now they’re attempting to pull off a mid-decade redraw of the Texas congressional map to keep the House in 2026, blocking Democrats from taking back the House and reigning in Trump’s terrible agenda.
This shows just how aggressive they’ll be in trying to take back the House next year. And our district was in the top 20 closest races in the country, so we know they’ll be throwing everything they can at us.
We deserve a Congress that acts on behalf of the people, not the whims of one person or for the desires of corporate special interests. And I’ll continue to deliver with your help.
