We are less than 6 WEEKS from our primary day and we have a very important ask for you:
prepared for the final phase of this race? We wouldn’t ask if it weren’t absolutely crucial. As a nurse running for Congress, Cori simply doesn’t have the lifetime network of wealthy friends that Lacy Clay has cultivated. Being 100% grassroots means that we are committed to a campaign that is truly by the people, for the people.
We fully intend to ride this national progressive wave all the way to
victory on August 4th, but we still need your help to get Cori over the
finish line. As a 100% people-funded campaign, you know that we have always had to work harder and smarter compared to the incumbent.
That’s why this week is so crucial for us. Lacy Clay can and will raise hundreds of thousands of dollars in a matter of days from his
buddies in the insurance, pharmaceutical, tobacco, and banking industries.
Now we know that winning the fundraising game is not the same thing as winning this race. When we win come August, it will be because we organized well, not because we raised the most money.
