BANNER WORKSHOPS 2025-2-24-24 ([link removed] )

Dear Community,

We believe that deep social transformation begins with deep understanding. That’s why we offer a series of free online workshops designed to support movement leaders, organizers, and activists in navigating the complexities of our times with clarity, strategy, and care.

Each one explores a different dimension of movement work, all rooted in the tenets of reflection, political education, and foresight.

-

Movement Ecology invites us to understand the different strategies at play in social change, and how they can work in synergy rather than conflict.

-

Seasons of Leadership helps us reconnect and attune with the natural cycles in our personal leadership and avoid burnout by honoring periods of rest, growth, and transition.

-

Organizational Seasons offers tools to recognize where our organizations are in their own cycles, and how to align strategy and pacing with our real capacity.

If you’ve attended one of our workshops before, we hope you’ll recommend and share this with folks in your circles who might find these trainings useful. They’re designed for both newcomers and seasoned leaders alike.

In reciprocity,

The Ayni Team

Movement Ecology Workshop

Ever feel like our efforts clash, even when aiming for the same outcome? Many of us use different strategies, but without a shared understanding of each one's role, collaboration becomes difficult and unstrategic.

This free workshop introduces Movement Ecology, a framework of five key strategies—called Foundational Theories of Change—that together form an ecosystem for transformation in a social movement issue.

You'll explore where your work fits, how each strategy contributes, and how to build meaningful collaboration across differences.

Seasons of Leadership Workshop

There are moments in leadership when things feel misaligned—when you're ready to grow but your team feels stuck, or you're running on empty while the work keeps coming.

This online workshop introduces Seasonality—a framework for understanding the natural cycles of leadership, including periods of growth, rest, transition, and renewal.

You'll learn to recognize the season you're in, work with it rather than against it, and navigate the rhythms of both personal and collective leadership.

Organizational Seasons Workshop

Organizational Seasons builds on the foundations of the Seasonality framework to support movement organizations in understanding the cyclical nature of collective work. From periods of retreat and reflection to moments of seeding, experimentation, focused implementation, or visionary creation, each season invites distinct strategic choices.

This workshop offers tools to help teams and practitioners identify the season their organization is currently in, honor the wisdom it offers, and align decision-making with that reality. It also explores the internal and external forces, like the pull of constant urgency, the trap of chronic busyness, or anxiety of slowing down that disconnect us from right timing and weaken our strategic capacity.

By learning to move with these natural rhythms, your organizations can cultivate deeper alignment, resilience, and impact that lasts.
