Last night Congressman Beto O'Rourke came to Oklahoma City to host the Town Hall Oklahoma's Republicans were too scared to hold.

Even though they went on recess early to shield Donald Trump from a vote to release the Epstein files, they're still dodging their constituents!

So the good folks of the Oklahoma County Democratic Party decided that if their Representatives weren't going to show up, they'd bring in a leader who would hear from them.

Shout out to the amazing team and volunteers led by Oklahoma County Democratic Party Chair Amy Warne for putting OKC on the map! 

Beto just spoke to fired up crowd at his OKC town hall and gave us his vision for what it’ll take to send Republicans packing!

He argued for a Democratic Party that should be willing to throw our punch first and throw it harder.

He reaffirmed what we all know, that we cannot concede the fight in places like Oklahoma. 

Oklahomans deserve a government and representatives who put the needs of their working families and local schools ahead of extremists.

And he pointed out that while Texas Republicans try and rig extra MAGA seats, "the majority could be decided by one Congressional District. This won't happen where they expect it to, which is why it can happen here."

Right now we're building the teams, resources, and infrastructure to support fierce Democrats around the State. Every campaign needs help identifying supporters near them, recruiting volunteers, and every campaign needs more registered Democrats.

Today, you can help us lay the groundwork for Democratic victories in Oklahoma.

National Democrats like Beto O'Rourke are coming to Oklahoma because they can see what is happening on the ground.

Around the State folks are tired of MAGA extremism and Republicans letting down their hopes for a better future.

So I'm asking you to support our work today. Help turn this energy into victory. 

Beto is right. The Republicans are counting on making us weary. They want us to think they've rigged the game and that we can't win. 

But every cycle there are upsets, races written off because the odds were too great. And then, Democrats prevail.

Last time Donald Trump faced a midterm, there was an upset right here in Oklahoma City in 2018.

We hope you'll join us in making Oklahoma a state of upsets. And we have to be building for those victories together, starting right now.
