Right now, Republicans are blatantly trying to steal five Democratic seats in Texas. And, if they succeed, it will be that much easier for the GOP to hold Congress in 2026 and beyond.

Texas Democrats have left the state to prevent a vote on the rigged map. But now, the state’s Republicans are threatening to remove and arrest Democrats who are blocking their gerrymandered map.

The DNC has activated over 30,000 volunteers to contact Texas voters and let them know what’s at stake right now. We’ve sent tens of thousands of messages recruiting Texans to attend hearings on this issue.
