Happy Fri-Yay, Abortion Access Friends & Fans! When I launched Abortion Access Front (or Lady Parts Justice League in those days) way back in 2015, my tiny team of four worked out of my apartment for almost a year. Then we grew to 8 and we moved into part of a brownstone. Today, we are sharing space in co-working office! (We thought we were so fancy when we moved in here, with our shared kitchen and color printer...) And it was great for a while! But now we’re a power team of 16 people crammed into 480 sq. ft. and it’s been pretty...intimate.  bove: Team AAF shares our current crowded co-working space
Because of four years of generous and continuous support from y’all, we were finally able to sign the lease on our very own office space! We’re taking this break between tour legs to get settled into our new place…that has ample storage, actual privacy and way more work space for the AAF crew. (Stay tuned for some really exciting announcements once we're settled in. Rumor has it our daily Operation Save Abortion broadcast might be getting its own set!) | |
