DNC Announces Initial Seven-Figure Investment Into NJ Coordinated Campaign

As New Jersey Democrats like Congresswoman and gubernatorial nominee Mikie Sherrill fight for New Jersey residents ahead of critical November elections, the DNC has their back with a new, seven-figure investment into the New Jersey Democratic Coordinated Campaign.

New Jersey residents are already feeling the impacts of Donald Trump’s chaotic administration on their health care and their wallets, and New Jersey Democrats’ victory in the upcoming November elections will offer a powerful rebuke of Trump and Republicans’ dangerous policies.

This initial $1.5 million investment into the New Jersey Democratic Coordinated Campaign is one of the largest and earliest initial investments the DNC has ever made to the New Jersey Democratic Coordinated Campaign in an off-year election cycle.

This investment will:

Help the New Jersey coordinated campaign to continue to hire regional directors, organizers, and other key staff in order to talk to voters across the state
Fund voter contact efforts in the field
Test new tactics and tools to ensure our message is resonating with voters across the state
Expand our reach to key constituencies that we lost ground with in the November 2024 elections — such as Black, Latino, and AANHPI voters who make up a large share of New Jersey’s population

DNC Chair Ken Martin released the following statement:

New Jerseyans deserve Democratic leaders who will fight back against Trump’s chaos and cruelty while delivering better days for their families. Through the tireless work of the New Jersey Democratic Coordinated Campaign, we’ll get it done.
