As mentioned in our July 17th newsletter, we released an extensive revision of our constitution. Last week, we did a workshop with members in attendance to make some final edits. Now it’s time for the final review and comments before we put the revisions to a vote at our August 19th meeting at Shirlington Library.
Members who are unable to attend the August 19th meeting will be provided an online ballot to vote.
You may submit any final revisions for this amendment period via this Google Form. [ [link removed] ] Please have all revisions in by August 16th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

🗣️ACTION REQUEST
On behalf of our friends at Equality Arlington [ [link removed] ] and Arlington Gender Identity Alliance [ [link removed] ] (AGIA), we are calling on our members to sign a letter urging Arlington County Public Schools not to comply with a recent order from the US Department of Education. [ [link removed] ]
The Trump administration has concluded a politically motivated and egregious “investigation” into five Northern Virginia school districts regarding their inclusive policies for transgender students. For more background, we encourage you to read the letter from Equality Arlington. [ [link removed] ]
