  1. Former NC Governor Roy Cooper just launched his Senate campaign! He's a popular Democrat with a proven ability to win in this reddish state. 
  2. Donald Trump won’t be on the ballot in 2026, which is bad news for GOP turnout. 
  3. Lara Trump was considered a strong contender, but Donald dumped her to endorse another candidate. 
  4. Current Governor Josh Stein, a Democrat, won last November with 55% of the vote. He even outperformed Trump!   

Make no mistake: North Carolina is our best chance to flip a red state, period.
