Y’all, as if all the destruction Donald Trump has caused nationally isn’t
enough, now he’s messing with Texas.

The latest reports just revealed that he’s pressuring Texas Republicans to
gerrymander new congressional districts that could DESTROY all the
progress Democrats have made here over the past few years:

NOT on my watch. I’ll fight to protect my home state from Trump’s schemes
if it’s the last thing I do.

But this ultimately isn’t just about Texas. This is about our democracy.

Republicans know they can’t win an election without lying and cheating. So
ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, they’re trying to rig the game in
their favor by gerrymandering their way into another term in the majority.
