Dear John

Here's your weekly update from Church Action on Poverty. As usual, we have stories of how people are staying connected during lockdown and resources to help you do the same.

Reflections from Gathering on the Margins

Gathering on the Margins is going from once a week to once a month. We used our final weekly session to reflect on the past three months and what we have learnt so far.

See the report from the 23 June gathering

We plan to continue having these gatherings, but in order to sustain them in the long term, from July onwards they will be monthly rather than weekly. The next gathering will be Tuesday 21st July. Click below to join us on Zoom:

Submit you your poetry

Matt Sowerby, our Poet in Digital Residence, is compiling a series of poems in response to the pandemic. If you have written anything you would like to be part of this, send it in by 7th July.

Submit your poems here.

We'll be in touch again next week. In the meantime, stay safe and stay connected.
