There isn't a single circuit court vacancy anywhere across America -- because, as of Wednesday, Mitch McConnell and his GOP-led Senate have filled them all.

Maybe when Mitch told Americans he didn't quite feel the "urgency" of acting on coronavirus relief, it was because this was his main mission?

It makes sense -- Mitch knows Trump is losing, and he wants to cement the GOP stranglehold on the rule of law even long after Trump leaves office.

With President Trump now having received his 200th federal judicial confirmation -- a Republican dream come true -- Mitch may have succeeded. Our last hope is to flip the GOP senate this fall so we can start fixing the damage they've done to our justice system -- will you help?
